About Dr.Rashid Nahar

Dr. Rashid Nahar is a highly experienced Consultant Ophthalmologist with extensive training and over 17 years of clinical and surgical expertise across Ireland, the UAE, and internationally. He is recognized for his skill in complex eye surgery and his commitment to providing evidence-based, personalized care.
Dr. Nahar completed advanced Fellowships in Cornea, Cataract, and Refractive Surgery at Mater University Hospital in Dublin, Ireland, and in Cornea and External Diseases at Inselspital, University Hospital of Bern, Switzerland.
He is a Fellow of the European Board of Ophthalmology, a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow, a Member of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, and a Fellow of the International Council of Ophthalmology. He is also a proud member of the Irish College of Ophthalmologists.
